Lori C. Alston Walleye Tournament To Benefit: Relay for Life Sunday May 18, 2008 You may launch anywhere you’d like starting at 6:00am. $20.00 per person. Weigh in will be at 4:00pm at the Detroit Beach Boat Club (located by boat in the channel of Sterling State Park or by car in at 3228 Harborview in Detroit Beach Subdivision off of N. Dixie Hwy.). Any team that arrives after 4:00 will not be eligible for prize money. The pay out will be 1st $700.00, 2nd $400.00, 3rd $200.00, based on 150 fisherman. Only 5 fish will be weighed per boat. This year we are using a slot limit to make the Tournament a little more exciting. You will only be able to bring one fish to the scale that is over 25” the other 4 must be under 25”. In the case of a tie, each boat will bring 1 more fish to the scale to break the tie. All fish will be donated for the fish fry immediately following the tournament. Those not participating in the tournament are still welcome to come to the club and enjoy the fish fry for only $7.00 per person while supplies last. So fishermen, invite the family. There will be no alcohol allowed to be brought onto the club grounds. The bar will be opened to serve us. So come on out and enjoy the fun in the sun with family and friends while supporting a great cause. There will be door prizes and 50/50 raffle.
